The Brand Builder Award challenges teams to create a compelling 60-second video that clearly communicates their venture, the problem they’re solving, and how they connect with their audience. This award recognizes strong storytelling, clear messaging, and the ability to engage and inspire viewers.
We’re giving the Top 25 finalist teams a chance to compete for additional prize money by creating a short, high-impact video that clearly answers:
- What is your venture?
- What problem are you solving?
- How are you connecting with your audience?
The best founders know how to tell their story, engage their audience, and connect in ways that drive real impact. This competition is about marketing your startup to the world—the way real entrepreneurs do.
Marketing has evolved:

How will you make people care about your venture?
How It Works:
Video Upload
- Your video should be no longer than 60-seconds
- Accepted video formats: .mov and .mp4
- Please upload only ONE video per team
- Please make sure both your video and logo files contain your team name
- Videos must be uploaded by April 16 at 11:59 PM CT
Public Voting
- Videos go live for public voting from April 21–25 (closes at 4:00 PM CT)
- Viewers vote for their top 3 favorite videos
- Teams are encouraged to share and promote their videos
Winner Announced
- The team with the most votes will be announced at the e-Fest Awards Ceremony on April 25th
